Job Title: CPQ System Architect

Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT CRM & CPQ Architect to support and manage a suite of CRM applications and related technologies, including SAP CRM, Salesforce, and CPQ solutions (e.g., Oracle CPQ, Pros CPQ). This role will involve overseeing the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of CRM applications and associated technologies, ensuring they align with business requirements, improve customer experiences, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background across multiple CRM platforms, including SAP and Salesforce, and have a comprehensive understanding of CPQ systems. This individual must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive CRM success across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End CRM Support: Provide end-to-end support for SAP CRM, Salesforce, and CPQ applications, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and troubleshooting across all platforms.
  • CRM Application Management: Manage and support the integration, configuration, and maintenance of SAP CRM and Salesforce platforms, ensuring seamless operation within the broader enterprise ecosystem.
  • CPQ System Expertise: Oversee the implementation and ongoing support of CPQ solutions (e.g., Oracle CPQ, Pros CPQ), ensuring the systems are effectively integrated with CRM platforms and sales processes.
  • Cross-Platform Integration: Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to design, implement, and optimize integrations between SAP CRM, Salesforce, and CPQ solutions, aligning with broader business processes and objectives.
  • System Enhancements and Optimization: Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of enhancements, fixes, and upgrades for SAP CRM, Salesforce, and CPQ systems, ensuring that new functionalities meet business requirements and improve overall system performance.
  • Configuration and Troubleshooting: Perform system configuration, data management, and troubleshooting across CRM systems to ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of any technical issues.
  • Technical Documentation and Process Improvement: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, process flows, and standard operating procedures for SAP CRM, Salesforce, and CPQ solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance, working with technical teams to resolve root causes of issues, improve system efficiency, and ensure scalability for future growth.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for CRM-related projects and initiatives, contributing to system architecture, integration strategies, and performance optimization efforts.
  • Vendor and Third-Party Coordination: Work closely with external vendors and third-party teams to resolve any integration or functionality issues impacting SAP CRM, Salesforce, or CPQ systems.
  • Training and Mentoring: Mentor junior analysts and team members, offering guidance on troubleshooting, system configuration, and best practices for CRM and CPQ solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM systems support and administration, with strong technical expertise across SAP CRM, Salesforce, and CPQ solutions (e.g., Oracle CPQ, Pros CPQ).
  • Proven hands-on experience with SAP CRM and Salesforce configuration, implementation, and support, as well as CPQ solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems architecture, data structures, and integration across SAP and Salesforce ecosystems, with the ability to support complex CPQ integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and perform root cause analysis across SAP CRM, Salesforce, and CPQ systems.
  • Experience in performance tuning, data migration, and system optimization for SAP CRM, Salesforce, and CPQ applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and external vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in SAP CRM, Salesforce, or relevant CPQ solutions (e.g., Oracle CPQ, Pros CPQ).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or other legacy & modern SAP platforms.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience in a global or multi-location environment.

  • Availability for on-call support during critical system issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple CRM platforms and integrate new technologies to ensure a seamless customer experience.
