As a Tech Data Entry Operator at RMS IT Solutions Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry operations. Your primary responsibility will be to enter and update data into our company database, ensuring that all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner. You will work closely with our team to maintain data integrity, resolve any discrepancies, and provide regular reports to management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter and update data into our company database

- Ensure timely and efficient processing of data entry tasks

- Maintain data integrity by verifying and correcting any discrepancies

- Generate and maintain regular reports for management

- Work closely with the team to identify and implement process improvements

- Keep track of records and information to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and identify any errors

- Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information for data entry

- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and security

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in data entry or administrative role preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Familiarity with basic computer networking concepts is a plus
