Job Details

Role:- Senior Data Architect & Analytics Lead
Location:- Austin, TX - Hybrid(Need only local candidates in Austin, TX area only)
Interview Type:- In Person Interview

Experience:- Minimum 15 years

Note:- 12 years Healthcare domain experience is required

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise relational databases, data warehouses, and data lakes

  • Lead data architecture and data modeling efforts for large-scale healthcare analytics systems

  • Develop and enforce enterprise data standards, metadata management, and data governance

  • Design and optimize database schemas, tables, indexes, and performance tuning

  • Architect and manage cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)

  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines, data integration workflows, and APIs

  • Support advanced analytics, BI, and reporting initiatives

  • Collaborate with data engineers, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders

  • Ensure data accessibility, usability, and security across platforms

  • Provide technical leadership on emerging technologies including big data, AI, and ML

  • Ensure compliance with EIR Accessibility standards for reporting and data interfaces

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing

  • Strong expertise in SQL and enterprise database technologies

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

  • Experience with BI and advanced analytics solutions

  • Proven experience leading large-scale analytics and data architecture projects

  • Strong understanding of data governance and enterprise architecture principles

  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical users

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Snowflake cloud data architecture

  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Informatica preferred)

  • Experience with Python, Java, or Scala

  • Knowledge of big data technologies and streaming data

  • Healthcare domain experience (FHIR, HL7, CCDA preferred)

  • Experience with hybrid cloud and on-prem to cloud migrations

  • TOGAF or Cloud Architecture certifications (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
