Title: SAP Enable Now Administrator
Location: Houston, TX 77056 (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Enable Now Administrator to support training and documentation efforts for our SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role focuses on creating and managing digital training content, administering the SAP Enable Now platform, and helping users adopt new tools efficiently. A strong background in training or digital adoption platforms (such as Enable Now or WalkMe) is essential. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage documentation projects in a collaborative environment without direct authority over team members.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage digital training materials and simulations within SAP Enable Now to support the SAP S/4HANA rollout.

Administer the Enable Now platform: add and manage users, categorize content, maintain structure, and ensure searchability.

Prioritize documentation needs by collaborating with internal stakeholders to build and maintain a content development roadmap.

Translate training documents from English to other languages (or manage the translation process) and ensure all finalized materials are re-integrated into the LMS in English.

Collaborate cross-functionally to gather technical content, simplify complex information, and produce user-friendly guides and simulations.

Coordinate and influence peers and teams to meet training and documentation goals, without direct managerial authority.

Support content localization efforts and ensure that translated content maintains accuracy and usability.

Stay current on best practices in digital adoption platforms like SAP Enable Now and/or WalkMe.

Contribute to continuous improvement of training processes and content quality.
Qualifications:
-
2-5 years of experience working with SAP Enable Now (or similar tools like WalkMe).

Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA training initiatives highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to create, manage, and administer digital learning content.

Familiarity with translation processes and working with multilingual content.

Strong skills in content organization, tagging, and making information searchable and accessible.

Proven ability to communicate complex technical information in a simple and user-friendly way.

Comfortable working cross-functionally, driving tasks through collaboration rather than authority.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Nice to Have:

Background or certification in training, instructional design, or digital adoption platforms.

Experience with LMS platforms and content deployment.

Experience managing or contributing to project-based training rollouts.
