Alfresco Developer/Administrator (Part-Time)

Job Title: Alfresco Developer with .NET Integration
Location: Remote (U.S. Based)
Job Type: Part-Time (350Hrs)
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Alfresco/.NET Developer to support enterprise content management and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Alfresco development and administration, as well as .NET integration expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
* Customize and extend Alfresco using SDK, AMP packaging, and REST APIs.
* Develop .NET solutions (C#, ASP.NET, Web API) to integrate with Alfresco.
* Integrate external systems using CMIS, web services, and custom connectors.
* Administer Alfresco environments: installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning.
* Implement user/permission management and backup/disaster recovery strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
* Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills:
* 6+ years of Alfresco experience (customization, packaging, integration)
* 6+ years of experience integrating Alfresco with .NET-based systems
* Strong experience with Alfresco SDK, REST APIs, custom content models
* 5+ years of .NET Framework / .NET Core development
* Experience in Alfresco server setup, configuration, and role management
* Hands-on with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, Azure DevOps, Octopus
* Agile/Scrum team participation preferred

Nice to Have:
* Experience working with public sector or education agencies
* Previous experience on modernization or digital transformation projects
