Specific Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and meet objectives to support strategic initiatives
- Identify strengths and weaknesses in training material; develop curriculum, manage training schedules, and instruct course material
- Provide subject matter expertise to address deficiencies in data literacy and implement novel solutions
- Can explain complex, technically difficult information in an easily understood manner to technical and non-technical audiences
- Educate and mentor on how to effectively use and interpret data, ensuring users can independently derive insights and make informed decisions
- Capable of intuitively solving complex problems, working independently, with minimal guidance
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
Required Education/Experience:
- 5+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree
- 5+ years' experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on data automation
- Foundational proficiency in Python, working with structured and unstructured data with the ability to automate data processing and analysis tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Active DoD Top Secret-level security clearance with SCI eligibility
Preferred Experience:
- Prior military experience supporting US INDOPACOM activities
- Experience utilizing and applying data visualization tools and techniques
- Prior instruction or training role
