Job Title: Junior MS Dynamics Application Developer
Location: Atlanta, GA (Preferred) | Remote (with occasional travel to Atlanta HQ)
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We re seeking a Junior MS Dynamics Application Developer with 2 3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about building impactful solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools. While we prefer candidates local to our Atlanta HQ, we are open to remote candidates willing to travel occasionally for team meetings and planning sessions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

  • Customize forms, tables, cloud flows, and business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Build solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate

  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards

  • Package and support the deployment of application releases

  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and application bugs

  • Adhere to change management policies and ensure timely, high-quality delivery

  • Work on multiple concurrent projects in an Agile development environment

  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)

Qualifications and Core Competency Requirements:

  • 2 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service and/or Sales modules)

  • Proficient in Power Platform tools: Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps), Power Automate

  • Strong understanding of JavaScript and D365 customizations (forms, views, tables, fields)

  • Familiar with DevOps practices and tools such as Azure DevOps

  • Experience with data modeling and business process automation

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: PL-900 (or equivalent Power Platform certification)

  • Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines and solution management

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Common Data Service

  • Experience developing solutions that integrate multiple Office365 services

Education and Background:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • Demonstrated ability to develop scalable, maintainable applications with a user-first mindset

  • A track record of delivering functional, user-friendly applications
