About the Team:

Inscape Core Engineering is at the heart of Walmart/VIZIO's technology infrastructure, driving forward our mission to deliver exceptional digital experiences. Our team is dedicated to developing, maintaining, and optimizing the core systems that support our services. As a Software Engineer III, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems, directly impacting the company's growth and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:
  • Design, develop, monitor, review, unit test, and deploy code for the team's services.
  • Write and maintain Terraform (IaC) configurations and CI/CD tools/scripts.
  • Build and maintain cloud-based infrastructure like Kafka clusters and EC2 instances.
  • Triage application and system issues to debug, track, and recover services quickly.
  • Collaborate with developers, SREs, and other teams to streamline development and deployment workflows.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with software development in languages like Java or Go.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.
  • Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or ECS and monitoring tools such as Prometheus or New Relic.

The annual salary range for this position is $99,000.00-$198,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
