Bilingual Mandarin Quality Engineer

Mandarin is required: Need to communicate with team members in China.
Job Title: Quality Engineer-Bilingual Mandarin
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for formulating overall quality policies and objectives for the plant in alignment with the company's development strategy; fully in charge of quality management.
2. Establish and continuously improve the plant's quality management system, including internal system operation design and change management.
3. Review quality control policies, processes, procedures, and operational standards, and supervise the implementation and adherence to these policies.
4. Develop quality improvement plans and targets; monitor improvement progress and coordinate resources to ensure successful execution and achievement of goals.
5. Organize regular quality analysis meetings with production and quality teams to drive continuous improvement of product quality.
6. Assist R&D and design departments in the collection, organization, and feedback of product development, design, validation, and verification data.
7. Participate in technical exchanges with customers and relevant industry representatives to identify new product development directions.
8. Organize and oversee the development, implementation, and tracking of corrective actions for both customer complaints and internal quality issues; coordinate customer complaint handling.
9. Responsible for building and managing a high-performing, learning-oriented team within the quality department.
10. Perform other duties assigned by upper management.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree from a full-time accredited institution.
2. Over 5 years of experience in quality management within large-scale manufacturing enterprises, preferably in metal processing or photovoltaic (PV) module industries; experienced in overseeing process quality, quality systems, and after-sales quality management.
3. Proficient in quality management systems and methodologies.
4. Strong English and Mandarin skills in reading, writing, and communication; Need to communicate with team members in China.
5. High level of professionalism, strong communication and learning abilities, organizational coordination skills, decision-making and judgment, as well as logical thinking and adaptability in problem-solving.
