Job Description:
  • Our client is launching stXXgic initiatives to enhance our digital infrastructure and compliance posture.
  • The Senior Project Candidateager will lead the delivery of technical and process-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory mandates, operational needs, and enterprise risk management strategies.
  • This role will focus on Identity & Access Candidateagement (IAM), including planning, executing, and optimizing identity lifecycle management and privileged access strategies.
  • It will also involve Information Candidateagement, where the Senior Project Candidateager will be responsible for implementing governance and architecture that ensures secure and efficient data classification, retention, and access.
  • Additionally, the role will require ensuring compliance with frameworks such as NIST, ISO, CIS, and other industry standards, while meeting public sector-specific legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Furthermore, the Senior Project Candidateager will oversee technical rollouts, managing the deployment of enterprise security tools and platforms to ensure minimal disruption and full integration across teams.
Experience Required:
  • 7+ years in project management roles focused on IT Delivery, IAM, Compliance, and Information Candidateagement.
  • Strong understanding of frameworks, including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and Ontario's public sector policies.
  • Proven track record managing IAM solutions (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint), security operations tools, and data classification technologies.
  • Experience leading the rollout of enterprise-level Information Candidateagement solutions, including data governance, retention policies, and secure access protocols.
  • Experience with compliance assessments, internal audits, and enterprise governance models.
  • Familiarity with technical rollout methodologies, including phased deployment, stakeholder onboarding, and post-deployment support.
  • Experience managing projects involving sensitive data, public sector systems, and cross-agency collaboration.
  • Skilled in change management, communications, and training delivery for technical implementations.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to work across diverse technical and non-technical teams.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of technical solutions, including IAM systems, information governance tools, and compliance activities.
  • Candidateage project delivery life cycles, including requirements gathering, vendor coordination, technical testing, rollout planning, and post-implementation support.
  • Oversee access control policies, privileged access workflows, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Coordinate the rollout of an enterprise-wide Information Candidateagement solution, aligning data handling practices with regulatory requirements and internal business needs.
  • Support the development and execution of information governance frameworks, ensuring proper data classification, retention policies, and secure handling.
  • CollaboXX with internal teams and vendors to ensure delivery of compliant and secure technology solutions that align with enterprise architecture.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including charters, risk assessments, stakeholder analysis, training materials, and compliance audits.
  • Conduct gap assessments against standards such as NIST 800-53, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls, and oversee remediation efforts.
  • Lead user adoption and change management efforts, ensuring successful rollout and sustained operation of new systems.
  • Prepare and facilitate executive briefings and steering committee meetings to report on progress, issues, and strategic alignment.
  • Develop detailed project plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Lead deployment of IAM and data governance solutions.
  • Manage compliance and risk assessment reports.
  • Lead executive steering committee presentations.
  • Support testing, training, and transition documentation.
  • Manage post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement roadmaps.
XXrable Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Project Candidateagement, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as PMP (Project Candidateagement Professional), PRIClientE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments), or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Candidateagement).
