Job Description: The Master Data Management Administrator will provide ERP system master data maintenance, reporting, and analytics, as well as supporting system enhancements, testing, and data loading/verification. This role will be required to adhere to applicable procedures and regulations, and work in conjunction with site business and quality partners, as well as global BTS and master data teams.
Must Have Skills: Experience with ERP System Master Data Management and Governance Strong attention to detail Ability to communicate and work cross functionally Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Education and Experience Bachelors/Associates degree in related discipline, or 3-5 years of experience in ERP system maintenance Minimum 3 years experience with ERP systems in a regulated manufacturing environment
Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials) Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle. Interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent responsibilities. Ability to work cooperatively within the organization, technical teams, business teams and cross functional teams.
Percentage of work the candidate will be involved in: Maintenance of all site specific ERP master data including material masters, routings, x-steps, etc. using a robust governance process and standards. -- 30% Partner with project leads and change initiators to coordinate master data changes in the ERP system including data entry and verification through the MDC process. -- 25% Partner with Production and Quality to provide requested reporting and analytical data, to support process improvements and NCR/CAPA. -- 20% Troubleshoot data issues, manufacturing issues, analyze root causes, and implement permanent corrective actions to resolve discrepancies. -- 15% Perform other tasks and assignments according to business needs. -- 10%. |
