Job Description
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong experience with CAD software, including the ability to modify and correct technical drawings
Familiarity with facility information systems and document archiving processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools and workflows
German language skills are a plus.
Experience with SAP REFX or similar real estate management systems
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate cross-functionally with facility management and real estate development teams
Support ongoing construction projects by managing the check-in/check-out and administration of architectural and engineering drawings
Prepare drawing packages for external engineering firms and review returned designs for compliance with internal standards
Manage and update the facility information system, which tracks square footage and supports departmental budgeting
Assist in the transition of the internal database to SAP REFX, including converting drawings into compatible formats
Perform CAD modifications and corrections (approximately 25% of the role), primarily in 2D, with growing involvement in 3D and BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows
Support the organization's shift from traditional CAD to BIM-based systems
