Job Title: Engineer, Computer III (EC3)
Client: Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD)

Education Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mathematics with a concentration in Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in computer design, software development, or computer networks.
5 years of experience in: Database development, Web development and
Application development, technical skills & competencies:
Programming Languages:
Kotlin, Java, Visual Basic, .NET, C#, JavaScript, Golang, and other applicable languages as required by NSWCPD.

Software Tools:
Experience with version control systems such as Git, CVS, SVN, etc.
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC):
Test and evaluation of software
Application deployment and troubleshooting
System Knowledge:
Understanding of departmental operational software and hardware systems with the ability to diagnose and repair system malfunctions.

Specialized Experience:
5 years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of machinery life cycle management software systems.
5 years of experience in real-time data acquisition and analysis
Batch data processing
Data storage and retrieval
User interface (UI) application development
Familiarity with and experience developing applications using DoDAF (Department of Defense Architecture Framework) standards.
