Financial Modelling & Planning/Data Analytics Consultant

Job Description:

• As a Financial Modelling & Planning/Data Analytics Consultant, your work, whether it's modeling investment scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our business leaders to make strategic decisions. A master juggler working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to tackle big-picture challenges.
• This role offers you the opportunity to partner with Finance, Deals and Commercial teams across different regions, understanding key business metrics, highlighting risk and opportunities via analytics and through process stewardship such as target setting and annual planning.

Responsibilities:

• Drive insights and analysis to support the financial performance of Incentives Programs for both Agencies and Advertisers.
• Track program performance across a variety of metrics for a suite of incentive programs intended to both grow and defend ad revenue in an increasingly competitive market.
• Streamline and automate reporting solutions through sheets and dashboards to ensure consistent and thorough governance of client s incentive resources.
• Partner closely with other Finance, Product, and partner teams to assure strategic and analytical alignment, and craft narratives to executive-level program sponsors on program performance and optimization opportunities.

Experience:

• Experience writing SQL queries and retrieving data from relational databases.
• Experience with programming languages (ideally Python or R).
• Experience with tools (scripts, tables, dashboards).
• Strong spreadsheet skills with experience creating financial dashboards or models.
• Ability to self-start and self-directed work in an unstructured environment; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
