Job Details
Role: SAP ILM ADK and SAP HCM ABAP Development
Location: Toronto, ON Canada (Remote)
Must have skills: SAP ILM ADK and SAP HCM ABAP Development ( ideally from Banking and financials domain)
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 9 to 12 years of experience in SAP ILM ADK and SAP HCM ABAP Development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to drive projects to successful completion. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP IDM solutions to meet business requirements
- Oversee the development and customization of SAP HCM ABAP programs to enhance system functionality
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for SAP projects
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in SAP development
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ILM ADK and SAP HCM ABAP
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP solutions
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends
- Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates for development tasks
- Mentor junior developers and provide training on SAP ILM ADK and SAP HCM ABAP
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in SAP ILM and SAP HCM ABAP Development
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Show proficiency in regulatory compliance and governance within SAP environments
- Have knowledge of financial risk management as a nice-to-have skill
- Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
