job summary:

Randstad is seeking a Program Manager to add to their Digital/ e-commerce team. This role will be best filled by someone who has operated as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer with a technical background. This is a hybrid role onsite 3 days a week in Grand Rapids, MI.




location: Grand Rapids, Michigan

job type: Contract

salary: $65 - 75 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

education: No Degree Required



responsibilities:

Manage: strategic prioritization, working across multiple teams internal and external, dependencies, resource planning, risk management, gap analysis, governance, reporting to leadership, and future planning.




qualifications:


  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a Scrum or Agile role, SAFe preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a retail or digital environment
  • Experienced with blending Agile and Waterfall Program Management
  • Self-starter with strong communication, leadership, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive experience in working with cross-functional teams and staff of all levels
  • Advanced skills in Azure DevOps, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Ability to provide a high level of quality and productivity.
  • Experienced with Retail/ e-commerce & Digital (web/ mobile)
  • PMP Certification
  • SAFe Agile Certified
  • Scrum Master certification?
