Job Description:
Note - It s not a specific project Per se. It s a hodgepodge of custom integration request from the various lines of business within the Org.
Someone with Developer skills set with experience doing contact center or unified communication integrations. Telephony, Cisco, etc
More Developer than Telephony
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and debug robust applications and system components aligned with business and technical requirements.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and feature teams to refine requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
Translate business needs into technical strategies, recommending alternative approaches to meet aggressive timelines.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate code quality and maintain best practices.
Drive operational excellence by building, deploying, monitoring, and supporting production services.
Communicate effectively across technical and business teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; or 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
2+ years of experience in the full software development lifecycle within agile environments.
Hands-on experience with Cisco and Unified Communications integrations, including chat, video, and reporting.
Demonstrated proficiency in the following: JavaScript, ReactJS, Python, HTML/CSS, Twilio, CVP Call Studio / ICM Scripting, CVP Call Studio / ICM Scripting, Applications Development, SQL, AI
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity and collaboration.
