Join an elite team delivering cutting-edge AI training to Disney's world-class analytics professionals! This is your chance to help shape the future of data-driven decision making at one of the world's most innovative entertainment companies.
One North and TEKsystems are partnering with Disney's Consumer Insight Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) organization to deliver specialized Microsoft Copilot 101 training workshops. This high-impact engagement targets analytics professionals across Disney's Digital Analytics, Media Analytics, and Consumer Insights teams to accelerate AI adoption in their daily workflows and transform how Disney understands its guests and operations.
We're seeking an expert Microsoft Copilot trainer to deliver customized, hands-on workshops that bridge the gap between foundational AI concepts and practical analytics applications. You'll be empowering Disney's talented analytics teams to harness AI technology and revolutionize their approach to consumer insights and data analysis. Trainers will also contribute to post-discovery customization of the curriculum.
This is a 56-hour contract assignment for a trainer based locally in the Los Angeles, CA area, specifically Burbank or Anaheim. And other than facilitating the in-person workshops, there will be no other travel required.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging in-person workshops structured as hybrid sessions (instruction + hands-on lab time) for Disney's CIMA analytics professionals
Deliver customized Microsoft Copilot curriculum, including post-discovery customization, to address specific needs of three distinct analytics teams (Digital Analytics, Media Analytics, Consumer Insights)
Facilitate dynamic hands-on lab sessions focused on practical Copilot applications in analytics workflows based on pre-existing use cases
Adapt training approach for participants with varying AI comfort levels and technical backgrounds
Focus on elementary AI concepts, real-world use cases, creating excitement and adoption motivation, and Copilot toolset fundamentals
Collaborate with TEKsystems project team to ensure alignment with Disney's organizational culture and project objectives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Deep familiarity with using Microsoft partner content for Copilot training and adoption (mandatory)
Proven experience customizing Microsoft's market offerings for Copilot to meet specific organizational needs
Proven track record delivering Microsoft Copilot training workshops
Outstanding technical facilitation and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to customize standard curriculum for specific audience needs
Experience with hybrid training formats combining instruction and hands-on labs
Passion for AI adoption and empowering others through technology education
Expert knowledge of tools such as Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Prior work experience with a Microsoft Cloud AI Partner
Data science, analytics, or business intelligence background
Experience training analytics professionals or similar technical audiences
Familiarity with enterprise analytics workflows and tools
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Participant satisfaction scores from post-workshop feedback surveys
Successful completion of workshop learning objectives within pre-determined timeframe
Effective knowledge transfer as measured by participant evaluations
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
