Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Device Procurement & Inventory Management:
  • Assist customers in selecting and ordering new mobile devices.
  • Coordinate periodic refreshes of mobile device inventories to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and replacements.
  • Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring mobile device assistance.
  • Respond to technical questions, billing inquiries, and account concerns.
  • Troubleshoot device-related issues, ensuring swift resolution through internal resources or vendor support.
  • Collaboration & Process Improvement:
  • Work closely with internal teams and vendors to streamline mobile device management processes.
  • Provide recommendations for improving efficiency in device ordering, inventory tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of procedures and policies related to mobile device coordination.

Experience:

  • Experience in Government or Enterprise-Level Technology Management:
  • Advanced Knowledge of Mobile Device Procurement and Lifecycle Management:
  • Understanding of the ordering, deployment, and retirement processes for mobile devices.
  • Ability to optimize inventory control practices to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Expertise in Mobile Device Service Providers and Billing Processes
  • Knowledge of carrier contracts, billing cycles, and cost structures for mobile service plans.
  • Ability to analyze billing discrepancies and negotiate solutions with vendors.
  • Technical Proficiency in Mobile Device Operating Systems and Troubleshooting:
  • Experience working with iOS platform
  • Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions for security and deployment.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Customer Support Skills:
  • Ability to assist users with complex technical issues related to mobile devices.
  • Experience in providing training or guidance to end-users on device functionality and troubleshooting.
  • Project Coordination and Process Improvement Abilities:
  • Experience managing workflow for device refresh initiatives or policy implementation.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions for optimizing mobile technology support.
