Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Duck Creek Policy solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Implement and maintain business rules, workflows, and user interfaces.
- Develop custom components, integrations, and enhancements within the Duck Creek platform.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Duck Creek development, with a focus on Policy.
- Strong understanding of insurance business processes and systems.
- Experience with configuration and customization of Duck Creek solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in .NET C#, XML/XPath, SQL, and object-oriented design.
- Experience with Duck Creek Author, Product Studio, Express, TransACT, and User Admin.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and APIs.
- Experience with relational databases (MS-SQL, Oracle, MySQL).
- Certification in Duck Creek technologies is a plus.
