Job Details
Position: SQL Developer
Location: Remote
Experience: 7+ Years

As an SQL Developer you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .
Responsibilities: -
" SQL Development & Optimization:
" Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
" Perform data analysis and profiling to support business requirements.
" Ensure high performance and scalability of SQL-based solutions.
" ETL Design & Implementation:
" Develop and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter or similar tools.
" Integrate data from various sources including GCB (Global Consumer Banking) systems.
" Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across ETL processes.
Data Pipeline Management:
" Build and manage robust data pipelines for batch and real-time processing.
" Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and data flows.
Collaboration & Documentation:
" Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
" Document technical specifications, data mappings, and process flows.
Governance & Compliance:
" Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards.
" Participate in audits and reviews related to data handling and transformation.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
" Expert-level proficiency in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, or similar).
" Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter or equivalent ETL tools.
" Familiarity with GCB systems and data structures.
" Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and performance tuning.
Experience:
" 7 10 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or ETL development.
" Proven track record of working on large-scale data integration projects.
Soft Skills:
" Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
" Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
" Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Educational Qualifications: -
Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Mandatory skills:
Expert in SQL, Informatica and exposure to Google Cloud Platform and Healthcare
