Description: Our client is currently seeking a Test & Evaluation Engineer 4

Work Location: Berkeley, MO

100% on site.

Active Secret clearance required post-start.

Contract Duration : 12 months with Possibility to extend.

Job Description:

***Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM), Earned Value Management; and Risk/Issue/Opportunity Management..

  • Develops and documents standardized test methods and processes to ensure repeatability and productivity. Provide functional guidance to less experienced staff; act in a technical advisory capacity.
  • Design test systems to meet test requirements. Define requirements for system architecture utilizing system engineering approach. Supports the development and verification of test methods.
  • Provide functional verification and validation of all instrumentation systems prior to test phase.
  • Develops detailed test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition, needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan.
  • Designs test hardware, software and systems to achieve test requirements.
  • Uses analytical tools to verify the design. Analyzes, processes, and formats data to customer requirements.
  • Reviews test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy, quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customer.
  • Prepares and publishes test reports to document test results and satisfy requirements.
  • Presents test results internally. Perform operations and maintenance of test systems.
  • Direct the implementation of solutions to emergent requirements during test programs.
  • Participate in proposal preparation including labor and material estimating.
  • Develop project plans using the principles of project management to achieve program cost, schedule and performance goals.
  • Develop, document, and maintain processes, methods, and tools.

Required:

* 9+ years of experience

* Bachelor's Degree

Education / Experience:
  • Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
