Job Title: Oracle Developer / Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) Specialist
Location: Hybrid

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) and Oracle Process Automation (OPA). This role involves designing, developing, and implementing Oracle-based applications and OIA solutions to support complex business processes, particularly in custodial accounting environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle-based applications using PL/SQL and SQL.

  • Develop and implement Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) rules, policies, and decision models.

  • Lead end-to-end OIA implementations, including rules design, rating logic, and configuration.

  • Create and optimize database objects supporting application development.

  • Integrate OIA solutions with downstream Oracle subledger applications and related systems.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.

  • Conduct performance tuning of SQL queries and OIA rule sets.

  • Provide application support, troubleshooting, and enhancements while ensuring data integrity and security.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6 9 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Developer.

  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle database design.

  • Strong functional and technical experience with Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA); OIA experience is mandatory.

  • Experience with Oracle Process Automation (OPA) is highly preferred.

  • Experience designing and implementing complex rule-based systems.

  • Ability to integrate OIA with Oracle subledger or other enterprise systems.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
