Key Responsibilities
Required Skills & Experience
- Design, develop, and enhance Siebel CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Perform Siebel Configuration, including applets, views, screens, business components, business objects, and link configuration.
- Develop and optimize Siebel Workflows, Business Services, and Server Scripts (eScript/Browser Script).
- Implement EAI integrations, including Web Services (Inbound/Outbound), EIM, Data Load, and REST/SOAP-based services.
- Manage Siebel Tools, Open UI customizations, and UI enhancements.
- Troubleshoot production issues, performance problems, and data related defects.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver technical designs.
- Perform unit testing, SIT/UAT support, and deployment activities.
- Support Siebel upgrades, patching, repository merges, and environment migrations.
- Ensure code quality, documentation, compliance, and best practices across CRM implementations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of hands-on development experience in Siebel CRM.
- Strong expertise in:
- Siebel Configuration (Tools, Applet/View/BC customizations)
- Workflows, Business Services, eScript/Browser Script
- Siebel EAI (Web Services, EIM, MQ/JMS, REST/SOAP APIs)
- Siebel Data Model & Siebel Open UI
- Experience with Siebel Integration Objects, VBCs, EBCs.
- Strong understanding of SARM, SRF, LOVs, Siebel Security/Access Control, and state models.
- Good knowledge of SQL, Oracle database, and performance tuning.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements, propose scalable CRM solutions, and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
