Position: SAP BPC Lead Consultant (Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Consolidation)
Remote (Occasional travel during project milestones)
Project Focus: SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Transformation

Role Overview:

Client is seeking an experienced SAP BPC Lead Consultant to deliver a complex transformation from SAP ECC with Hyperion to SAP S/4HANA with SAP BPC. The consultant will design, implement, and support SAP BPC solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA, focusing on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.

Key Responsibilities:

<>1. Functional & Technical Consulting:</>

  • Lead the end-to-end SAP BPC solution design and implementation.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs in planning, consolidation, and analytics.

  • Provide SME guidance on SAP BPC in the S/4HANA environment.

  • Support testing, cutover, and deployment phases.

<>2. Business Process Analysis & Optimization:</>

  • Analyze and optimize financial planning and consolidation processes.

  • Align SAP configurations with best practices and business objectives.

<>3. Testing, Training & Support:</>

  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing (SIT, UAT, Regression).

  • Train end-users on SAP BPC functionalities.

  • Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting.

<>4. Integration & Data Migration:</>

  • Oversee data migration activities from ECC/Hyperion to BPC/S/4HANA.

  • Ensure data integrity, transformation, and smooth integration across modules.

<>5. Reporting & Analytics:</>

  • Leverage SAP Embedded Analytics and BPC tools for dashboards and reports.

  • Deliver actionable insights to support business decision-making.

<>6. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:</>

  • Lead workshops for AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping.

  • Maintain transparent communication with business, sponsors, and IT.

  • Provide regular progress updates and foster strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s in Information Technology or related field (Master s preferred).

  • 10+ years of experience with SAP, including deep SAP BPC expertise.

  • Proven success leading BPC implementations in SAP S/4HANA environments.

  • Experience with Hyperion to SAP BPC transformations is a plus.
