MES Support
Location: Remote
Duration: 1+ year
Responsibility:
* Triage, investigate, resolve and manage all Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) ServiceNow tickets
* Assist shop floor operators when escalated from Tier 1 to Tier 2 support
* Maintain and develop MES Knowledge Base
* Gather user requirements in relation to controlling and recording manufacturing activities and process improvements based on data from support tickets
* Data Analysis of support tickets
* Author updates and changes to Electronic Batch Records(EBR), following GxP and SDLC protocols, in collaboration with Site Tier 2 Support team
* Advanced proficiency in Rockwell Manufacturing Execution System PharmaSuite is required
* Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert in Life Sciences
* Nights and weekends will be required
Key Skills:
Rockwell PharmaSuite authoring experience
* IT troubleshooting experience
