Agility Software Solutions is a boutique IT solutions firm based out of Sacramento, CA, with partnerships with major hardware and software manufacturers. The company provides IT solutions to Government and Commercial clients with expertise in Data integration, Data storage, and Data protection.
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Staffing Sales & Business Development Manager to drive business development and lead efforts in acquiring new clients in the IT industry.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in IT staffing Services or Managed services closing a minimum of $1.5M Net New Sales Revenue per annum in the last 2 consecutive years.
- Strong experience in IT staffing sales with a focus on new business development, client engagement, building client relationships and managing client expectations.
- Proven track record of sales hunting experience (Not Account management) and bringing in Net Client logos and Net New Revenue
- Strong experience in getting Key IT decision maker appointments and meetings through outbound reach : Phone calls, Emails, messaging etc
- Articulate Unique Value propositions to C level Execs and Key IT decision makers
- Strong Exp in selling IT services in realm of Salesforce, ServiceNow, Application development, IT Infra services
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zoho) to manage sales pipeline and customer data.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and objectives.
- Outstanding communications and presentation skills with a strong track record of having built C level /Vice President, IT / IT Director level relations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint for daily operations and client presentations.
- Expert with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
