Pay Range: $125 - $134/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor project schedules, pricing strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts while aligning financial and resource requirements.
  • Develop and expand business opportunities and product lines.
  • Ensure adherence to master plans, schedules, and budget targets.
  • Lead issue resolution and provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations to secure new programs.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Program management and strategic planning .
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Data visualization using QuickSight and Tableau .

  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and performance tracking tools .
