Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Consultant with strong hands-on experience in RISE with SAP, cloud migrations, and SAP system upgrades. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Basis administration, SAP S/4HANA conversions, and managing SAP landscapes in hyperscaler cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support RISE with SAP cloud upgrades and migrations from ECC to S/4HANA

  • Perform SAP system upgrades, kernel upgrades, SP/EHP upgrades, and S/4HANA conversions

  • Manage SAP landscapes in RISE (Private Cloud Edition)

  • Coordinate with SAP, cloud providers, and functional teams during migration and upgrade activities

  • Perform system refreshes, client copies, transport management, and patching

  • Monitor and optimize system performance, tuning, and capacity planning in cloud environments

  • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies

  • Handle security administration, roles, authorizations, and compliance

  • Troubleshoot complex Basis issues and provide root cause analysis

  • Support post-upgrade validation and stabilization activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP Basis Administration

  • Strong hands-on experience with RISE with SAP (PCE)

  • Proven experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA upgrades and conversions

  • Experience working with SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, and SAP Activate methodology

  • Knowledge of SAP HANA database administration

  • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud

  • Strong understanding of SAP security, transports, and system monitoring

  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
