Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional testing programs ensuring end-to-end quality, performance, security, and privacy validation for software platforms.
- Define, track, and deliver test strategies across features and releases with a focus on compliance with GDPR, DMA, CCPA, and other global data protection regulations.
- Partner with engineering, privacy and security teams to integrate privacy-by-design and secure development/testing practices.
- Drive the implementation of AI based automated test frameworks that validate security and privacy controls.
- Own program-level risks, mitigation plans, test milestones, and reporting across compliance-sensitive initiatives.
- Champion testing standards for software privacy, data handling, user consent, data retention, and secure storage/processing.
- Stay abreast of evolving regulatory and security requirements and translate them into actionable quality engineering tasks.
- Monitor audit readiness and facilitate internal/external compliance testing.
