Job Title: L2 Production Support Analyst
Location: Nashville, TN or Raleigh, NC (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract (W2 Only)
Number of Positions: 10 to 15
Open to: OPT/CPT candidates with valid work authorization and genuine experience
Job Description:
Sansartec is seeking multiple mid-level L2 Production Support Analysts to join our client s team in the Banking/Finance domain. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of real, hands-on experience in application support, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a strong foundation in Unix/Linux, Oracle PL/SQL, and Shell scripting.
Responsibilities:
Provide L2 production support for critical financial applications
Perform incident, problem, change, and request management (ITIL framework)
Troubleshoot issues in real-time and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams
Create documentation and perform root cause analysis
Participate in on-call rotations and shift-based support coverage
Required Skills:
Strong experience with UNIX/Linux, Oracle PL/SQL, Shell Scripting
Familiarity with Autosys or other batch scheduling tools
Good understanding of ITIL processes (certification is a plus)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Willing to work in rotational shifts
Nice to Have:
Experience with Splunk, AppDynamics, or other observability tools
Exposure to Java, Informatica, or DevOps tools
Understanding of Agile and cloud environments
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
3+ years of hands-on production support experience
ITIL certification preferred
