Top Skills We're Looking For

  • Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience with access control systems, especially Lenel, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting Pro: Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, perform upgrades, and implement system modifications.
  • Client-Facing Professionalism: Strong communication skills to assess client needs, provide training, and maintain a high level of professionalism on-site.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Programming experience
  • Familiarity with RS2 systems
  • Lenel Certification (preferred, not required)

? What You'll Be Doing

  • Installing and maintaining access control, security, and camera systems
  • Troubleshooting and repairing systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborating with clients to tailor solutions to their needs
  • Providing on-site training and technical support
  • Keeping detailed records of work performed and materials used

? What You Bring

  • Proven experience in access control or a related field
  • Deep knowledge of access control hardware/software (readers, controllers, door strikes)
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • A self-starter mindset - we're looking for independent thinkers who don't need handholding

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
