The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

Top Skills We're Looking For
- Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience with access control systems, especially Lenel, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Troubleshooting Pro: Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, perform upgrades, and implement system modifications.
- Client-Facing Professionalism: Strong communication skills to assess client needs, provide training, and maintain a high level of professionalism on-site.
Nice-to-Haves
- Programming experience
- Familiarity with RS2 systems
- Lenel Certification (preferred, not required)
? What You'll Be Doing
- Installing and maintaining access control, security, and camera systems
- Troubleshooting and repairing systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborating with clients to tailor solutions to their needs
- Providing on-site training and technical support
- Keeping detailed records of work performed and materials used
? What You Bring
- Proven experience in access control or a related field
- Deep knowledge of access control hardware/software (readers, controllers, door strikes)
- Ability to read technical drawings and specs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A self-starter mindset - we're looking for independent thinkers who don't need handholding
