Outbound Business Development Representative (Remote)

Are you energized by uncovering new business opportunities and building relationships from the ground up? We're seeking a driven Outbound BDR for a 12 month contract to engage enterprise prospects and fuel pipeline growth for our AI-driven solutions. You ll lead strategic outreach across email, phone, and social, targeting key decision-makers and aligning with Account Executives to convert leads into real revenue.

What You ll Do:

  • Prospect into enterprise accounts using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and more to identify high-potential leads

  • Deliver smart, personalized outreach that captures attention and drives action

  • Lead discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and position our solution s value to senior stakeholders

  • Work alongside AEs to support deal cycles, account strategies, and outbound campaigns

  • Track progress in Salesforce and Outreach, delivering measurable pipeline impact

  • Share insights from prospect conversations to inform sales and product strategy

  • Continuously sharpen your sales skills objection handling, discovery, storytelling, and more

What You ll Bring:

  • 9+ months of outbound prospecting experience with consistent goal-crushing results

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

  • Curiosity, hustle, and a team-first attitude

  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Bonus if you ve sold into complex enterprise orgs or tech/media/entertainment industries

This is a contract, remote role with occasional in-person collaboration opportunities.
