Hybrid onsite 3x days a week
Compensation: $135-185k base comp, generous long term incentive bonus structure

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architecture strategies and standards for informed decision-making.
- Assess emerging technologies and industry trends for potential impact.
- Lead the implementation of solution architectures aligned with business objectives.
- Drive the creation of governing principles and roadmap development.
- Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of architecture experience, with 10+ years in relevant IT roles.
- Expertise in enterprise architecture and geospatial data analytics.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with forest product industry solutions such as Trimble, Remsoft, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant technology certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
- Experience with data lake software and data governance solutions.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics and AI/ML practices.
