This Systems Analyst recruitment is to place a highly qualified Systems Analyst to support core custom applications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting technical analysis and design, grooming the product backlog, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to support ongoing development and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth technical analysis of custom applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and prioritize the application backlog
- Analyze and document existing workflows, translating them into comprehensive technical design documentation.
- Elicit and validate user requirements, then coordinate with development teams to deliver tailored application solutions.
- Execute user acceptance tests to validate that the system meets user needs and expectations
- Create and maintain clear, accurate documentation for system processes and enhancements.
- Support administrative functions including: Application deployment certification processes.
- Preparation and submission of waiver documentation.
- Representing DAFS Applications in MaineITs Change Management processes.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience with custom applications and enterprise systems analysis.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog grooming practices.
- Experience with IT administrative processes, including change management and deployment support
