Job Details

Title: Application Programmer V

Location: Southeastern United States (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$39.02-$55.75/Hrs

Description:
* Provide support for applications to ensure 100% SLA compliance.
* Respond to on-call support requests and production issues.
* Prepare documentation for root cause analysis.
* Collaborate with various teams to resolve application issues.
* Review impact analysis based on issue investigations.
* Automate routine daily tasks using scripting.
* Offer support outside regular business hours when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and support applications to meet service level agreements.
* Handle production ticket and issue triage effectively.
* Conduct root cause analysis and document findings.
* Partner with application teams to resolve issues promptly.
* Perform break-fix activities in code and databases.
* Adhere to release management and code deployment processes.

Qualifications:
* Experience in application support workload management.
* Proficiency in scripting for task automation.
* Willingness to provide after-hours support as needed.
* Experience in consumer banking or financial domains.
* Knowledge of SQL and log analysis is advantageous.
