Story Behind the Need

• Team maintains an existing application that delivers savings as part of Client's claim processing pipeline by detecting fraud, waste, and abuse
• The application is supported by 4 scrum teams with a variety of cross-team dependencies; the roadmap for 2025 includes multiple new applications and capabilities affecting the application; the teams work in agile sprints and have a close working relationship with business partners
• This request is part of a larger initiative to properly staff multiple funded projects which must be delivered in 2025

Typical Day in the Role

• Day to day the Lead BSA for PISCES initiatives will track story and feature level timelines necessary to deliver on milestones for funded initiatives requiring delivery in 2025
• They will coordinate across multiple scrum teams and partner teams to ensure milestones are completed in accordance with project roadmaps and business requirements; track dependencies across teams and ensure deployments are progressing to clear blockers
• Work with business partners to deeply understand business needs from funded projects and ensure products delivered meet those needs
• The role is unique because of its deep connection to business initiatives and emphasis on agile product delivery

Candidate Requirements

• Required: Bachelors degree Preferred: Masters degree, Agile certification
• Years of experience required: 5 years
• Disqualifiers: lack of relevant experience, no healthcare
• Additional qualities to look for: Agile product delivery experience; Significant healthcare experience with understanding of claims data
