Description
We are looking for a Monday.com Subject Matter Expert to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role offers an exciting opportunity to optimize workflows, enhance platform functionality, and empower internal teams through effective training and documentation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building sustainable processes and driving the adoption of Monday.com to meet organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
Redesign and optimize Monday.com workspaces, boards, and timelines to align with organizational goals.
Implement dashboards, workflows, automations, and dependencies to streamline project management.
Integrate Monday.com with tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other relevant platforms.
Collaborate closely with the project management team during Mountain Time business hours, with onsite presence preferred.
Develop comprehensive documentation and process maps to ensure long-term usability and sustainability.
Facilitate training sessions to enhance team proficiency and promote best practices for platform usage.
Support the integration of Monday.com with systems like Blue Yonder and other enterprise platforms where applicable.
Act as a key resource for the organization, providing expertise and guidance during the initial implementation phase.
Establish a "train-the-trainer" program to empower internal staff to independently manage and evolve the platform.
Monitor progress and provide ongoing feedback to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Monday.com.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and managing Monday.com at an enterprise level.
Strong understanding of project management workflows, incident tracking, and automation processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and API integration; experience with Blue Yonder is a plus.
Background in supply chain management or similar environments is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and effective training and documentation.
Availability to work during Mountain Time hours, with flexibility for onsite collaboration.
Proven ability to design scalable solutions that meet organizational needs and drive long-term adoption.
Expertise in configuration management and the ability to integrate multiple systems seamlessly.
