Project Coordinator

Duration: 6+ months

Fully Remote

After hours work required Thursdays and Fridays (3-11pm EST)

World Wide Technology Holding Co, LLC. (WWT) is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage milestones, tasks, and resources leading up to site migration. Will also be responsible for overseeing customers and managing installation runbooks and test plans.

Responsibilities:

  1. Track work completed leading up to Thursday and Friday night migration activities.
  2. Manage cutover runbook task which include installation and oversight of testing access points and up to three different WiFi networks (Personal, Guest, and NexGen).
  3. Provide oversight of upgrades and real-time support of cutover activities on each of the migration Thursday and Friday nights
  4. Work with field vendors for logistics and communications to business.
  5. Coordination with Workforce Technology and Services (WTS) team and business
  6. Managing asset disposal process, getting approvals for shipments, and final receipt of equipment to MS facilities
  7. Provide training and support for users, techs, and team.
  8. Open necessary tickets and change management records associated with migration activities.
  9. Escalate issues as needed to senior operations and engineering resources.
  10. Help prepare project documentation, including run books, test plans and project governance documentation and status updates.

Requirements:

1. Experience in Project Coordination: Proven experience in managing project milestones, tasks, and resources, particularly in the context of site migrations. Familiarity with managing installation runbooks and test plans is essential.

  1. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of network installations, including the ability to oversee testing of access points and manage multiple WiFi networks (Personal, Guest, and NexGen). Experience with real-time support during customer activities is required.

  2. Communication and Coordination Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with field vendors, the Workforce Technology and Services (WTS) team, and business stakeholders. Ability to manage logistics and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
