Job Description:
Pay Range: $20.77hr - $24.77hr
  • The Senior Logistics Technician is responsible for performing all raw material goods receipt for valid Purchase Order execution within ERP systems, including non-batch, batch, and quality-managed batch-controlled materials.
  • The role involves post-goods receipt put-away, storage, and order picking of warehoused material in compliance with cGMP practices and departmental SOPs.
  • The position also supports inter-plant delivery, inventory control, and certification for operating powered material handling equipment.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform raw material goods receipt for valid Purchase Orders within ERP for all material types.
  • Conduct unloading, verification, and examination of incoming receipts against carrier documents and packing slips.
  • Complete proper inventory labeling and handle specialized receipt functions for imported goods.
  • Execute warehousing activities including put-away, storage, and order picking in compliance with cGMP practices.
  • Manage document control for picking documents and ensure timely and accurate ERP transactions.
  • Support 3rd party warehouse replenishment and timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain stock removal procedures for waste and hazardous materials in accordance with SOPs.
  • Perform administrative tasks including report preparation, discrepancy resolution, and processing of Merchandise Disposal Orders (MDO).
  • Support outgoing shipments and maintain departmental records.
  • Ensure accuracy of all ERP transactions for Goods Receipts, Issues, and Bin transfers.
  • Perform and document cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy per corporate standards.
  • Operate powered material handling equipment safely and maintain certification.
  • Handle the movement and safe storage of hazardous materials, including flammable liquids and infectious substances.
  • Execute intra-plant deliveries of Purchase Order and non-Purchase Order materials and maintain fleet vehicles.
  • Assist Quality Assurance with labeling released materials and Quality Control with raw material sampling.
  • Support Production with the disposal of empty raw material containers.
  • Participate in projects as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for logistics, inventory, and storage operations.
  • Complete required training and maintain certifications for material handling equipment.
  • Uphold a proactive safety culture with a focus on accuracy and compliance in a multi-shift GMP production environment.
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Experience operating powered and manual material handling equipment.
  • Valid driver s license with a clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT medical release.
  • Familiarity with chart recorders and related warehouse monitoring tools.
