Rate: $33 - $38 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Management:
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and communication plans for Total Rewards initiatives.
    • Track deliverables and integrate plans from other teams to ensure alignment across the Discover integration.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Coordinate with multiple teams, including Total Rewards, Discover integration, and Capital One stakeholders.
    • Ensure timely delivery of all marketing and communication materials.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • Serve as the central point of contact for project tracking and updates.
    • Work closely with writers and team enablement partners to keep projects aligned.
  • Execution & Delivery:
    • Oversee open enrollment communications and associate experience improvement efforts.
    • Create "how-to" guides, FAQs, and related materials to support a seamless transition for incoming associates.

Experience Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within Capital One or a similar corporate environment.
  • Skills: Strong Google Suite skills (especially Google Sheets), ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously, and proven success managing projects autonomously.
  • Bonus: Change management experience and prior experience with Capital One processes and culture.

Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree and/or relevant military work experience is required for this position.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
