Job Details
Position Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Salesforce applications, participating in multiple daily support calls and responding quickly to issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with APEX code, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Perform development and enhancements in Salesforce, delivering new features and functionality in parallel with support responsibilities.
- Identify and recommend quick fixes in Salesforce and related applications (Java/.NET background helpful for troubleshooting).
- Conduct integration and smoke testing to ensure stability of deployments.
- Deploy updates, patches, and enhancements while maintaining system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and support ongoing projects.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (APEX, Flows, LWC).
- 2+ years of production support experience in Salesforce (must be comfortable with daily support calls).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Visual Flows, Flow Triggers, Validations).
- 3+ years of Apex development experience.
- Hands-on experience with VS Code, Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket or other DevOps tools.
- Ability to identify quick bug fixes and deploy timely solutions.
- 2+ years of Java or .NET experience (for troubleshooting/debugging no full coding required).
- Strong background in integration and smoke testing.
