Job Description
You will be the Engineering and Technology Program Laboratory Lead, responsible for managing and assigning skilled engineering technicians to support engineering efforts on multiple programs. Our team is responsible for providing technical excellence and mission success across various Line of Businesses.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Engineering and Technology Program Laboratory Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection, and training, as well as performance assessment, work assignments, and salary management. You will also be responsible for ensuring technical support is provided to all program areas, staying abreast of technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution.

Coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection, and training
Performance assessment, work assignments, and salary management
Ensuring technical support is provided to all program areas

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 9 years related experience
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required to start
- Ability to obtain Special Access Program Clearance
- Experience with managing small teams and/or small team projects
- Demonstrated experience with electronics/test equipment build processes, procurement, and fabrication
- Strong Computer Skills including MS Office
Desired skills
- Self-starter able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills
- Demonstrated excellence in communicating with Senior Levels of Management
- Demonstrated Problem-Solving skills and Full Spectrum Leadership attributes
- Experience managing and/or leading a multi-functional team in an electronics development, test, production, or manufacturing environment
- Experience in earned value management or basic budget and schedule management
- Experience performing proposal/BOE development and man-power estimation
- Experience in managing Flight Test Hardware, ordnance, GFE, Test Equipment, and materials
