RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a HubSpot Sales System Administrator remotely.
Essential Responsibilities include the following (other duties and special projects may be assigned):
* Ensure that internal processes are mapped correctly within the CRM system and followed from an accountability and reporting standpoint
* Work with internal and external business partners for the continuing optimization, maintenance, and change-management of systems and business processes (including HubSpot, phone system technology, etc.)
* Support the development of new sales/business processes and/or enhancements to meet our business needs and improve as the market we serve continues to evolve
* Support/Admin with respect to other System Technologies (Eleveo and Finesse)
* Work with internal and external partners with HubSpot day-to-day needs, issues and enhancements
* Provide administrative support to sales teams as needed within HubSpot
* Help with training as needed on HubSpot processes and functionality
* Proactively manage and develop HubSpot data reporting that drives our business
* Build and capture a robust HubSpot repository for client's pillars to accurately understand historical trends and drive business development
* In partnership with Marketing, lead efforts on HubSpot enhancements and product launches, sales campaigns and implementations
* Focused on data accuracy and optimization
* Phone System Liaison - creating reporting groups and making changes/enhancements as required
* Responsible for building reports, managing dashboards and creating workflows at the request of leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Must be HubSpot Certified
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer centric business environment with administrative responsibility for office operations
* Minimum 2 years of experience as HubSpot Administrator in a sales or sales support capacity (understanding HubSpot Marketing workflows, sequences and playbooks a big plus)
* Experience supporting a software sales organization or solution-selling sales teams
* Experience working with outside systems (e.g., other CRM systems, phone systems, databases, etc.)
* Administration of phone system and call monitoring platforms reporting and functionality
* Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to manage and execute on assignments with competing priorities
* Highly skilled and motivated in both administrative and technology duties
* Good understanding of Excel; Ability to use pivot tables for data analysis a big plus
* Intermediate skills with MS Office applications and PC; Familiarity with remote networking over VPN

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
