RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Development Manager III in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Business Development Growth: Assist with the development of new business and product categories, aligning efforts with Mailchimp's vision for innovation and growth; Actively prospect and engage new partners relationships focusing on tangible revenue goals and the creation of a sustainable pipeline for new business development opportunities
* Robust Partner Management: Oversee the lifecycle of strategic partnerships, from identification to negotiation, execution, and ongoing management; Ensure that these partnerships contribute positively to Mailchimp's revenue and strategic objectives
* Market Intelligence and Analysis: Keep a finger on the pulse of market trends, employing a data-driven approach to identify and seize opportunities in the evolving digital landscape
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to align partnership strategies with product capabilities and market positioning
* Negotiation and Communication: Utilize outstanding negotiation skills to close deals beneficial to all parties, coupled with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively across various stakeholders
* Resourcefulness: Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges creatively and efficiently, making the most of available resources to achieve business objectives

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
* A minimum of 7 years of experience with direct experience business development or partnerships in the technology industry
* Proven experience in managing and growing strategic partnerships, with a focus on product partnerships
* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
* Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate market trends into actionable strategies
* A proven record of thinking strategically, with an innovative and goal-oriented mindset
* Location: Atlanta or NY local only; Come onsite 2-3 days a week
* Interview process: 2 rounds; 30 minutes intro; Final round with a small panel - pre-work included

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
