AI Business Analyst
Our client is seeking a motivated Data Science Associate to join a collaborative team focused on driving innovation in insurance solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work hands-on with data, business processes, and cross-functional teams while developing your skills and advancing your career in data science. Location: Remote
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $110,000-$140,000

What You ll Do:
Collaborate with analysts and brokers to design and prototype data-driven solutions for insurance-related challenges.
Develop mock-ups and proof-of-concept demos that showcase solution functionality and user interface concepts.
Support data preparation, analysis, and validation to ensure accuracy and scalability of solutions.
Identify and optimize business processes through data analysis and automation.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of operational data tools and workflows.
What Gets You the Job:
Proficiency in Python and core data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
Working knowledge of SQL and Git for data querying and version control.
Strong understanding of basic statistical and machine learning concepts.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or related field.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
