Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Accounts Manager to lead our sales efforts targeting Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling professional services, IT offshore/onshore/nearshore projects, staff supplemental, and product software solutions and services to "C" and senior-level management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the complete sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, identifying opportunities, coordinating team presentations and proposals, and closing business for services and product software-based solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while also identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.

Collaborate effectively with multiple teams and partners to develop solutions and lead complex sales cycles.

Pursue multi-year annuity deals leveraging both onshore and global delivery capabilities.

Demonstrate proficiency in setting up dedicated teams and ODCs for large organizations.

Work closely with existing client accounts and Industry Leaders to identify new potential customers and facilitate successful transitions of opportunities to the delivery team.

Utilize strong information gathering skills to understand client needs and preferences.

"Hunt or farm" and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Coordinate internal approvals and sales team resources, manage solution/proposition development, client interactions, and relevant client demonstrations.

Facilitate negotiations and closing activities, ensuring favourable outcomes for both the client and the company.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales/account management roles, preferably in the IT services industry.

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in Supply Chain/Accounting

End to end B2B Sales lifecycle experience including lead generation, qualification and closure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility and build trust with clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA Degree or equivalent experience

Proven success in selling professional services and IT solutions to Fortune 500 clients.

Strong understanding and experience in selling across technologies and multi-tiered vertical industries.

Experience working with global delivery centre and setting up dedicated teams and ODCs.

Deep understanding of supply chain and data engineering products and industries.

Ability to originate sales and relationships with C-suite clients.

Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing complex sales processes.
