About this Position
The ISP New Business Analyst will perform or manage the New Business mailout processes. Outgoing mail must be tracked to ensure proper delivery and the candidate will also perform quality control check on processed work as well as daily reconciliation to ensure all trades have been processed correctly within department standards. Additional duties could include but not limited to TIH report, Checks forward and Received Log, Daily Recon, OFAC runs, Fund Set up, and anything else requested by Management. In addition, this role can perform all the following duties: prepares paperwork, scans, and processes incoming new business trades. (New Business trades may include outside funds, 529 Plans or variable annuities.) Any trades that do not meet the required criteria will be routed to Quality of Business (QOB) for further review and correction. Trades that are processed will be mailed to the appropriate fund companies. Trades that cannot be processed will be returned to the writing Representative.
100 % onsite role candidates must reside in metro Atlanta Area
Salary Range $ 36K - $40K
Monday - Friday 8a-5p.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
- Familiarity with database, mainframe, and BNY Mellon systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies, ensure accuracy, and maintain precise records
- Reconciliation expertise such as experience in balancing accounts, verifying data, and resolving discrepancies
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills related to the successful achievement of departmental goals
- Ability to self-motivate and work in a team environment
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent understanding of operational functions
- Minimum typing skills of 30 wpm
- Intermediate knowledge of computer skills and Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet mail
- Proof reading skills
- Ability to identify problems and formulate solutions to problems
Education & Experience
- High school Diploma
- Some College is a plus
- 1-2 year experience in reconciliation
- Detailed Orientated
- Analytical
- MS Office Suites
- Experience in SQL and Mainframe is a plus
- Experience in image is a plus
