- Proficient in testing IVR, Live Chat, Web and Mobile applications.
Job Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts for complex applications and systems.
* Enhance and optimize existing automation frameworks and processes.
* Analyze requirements and create detailed, reusable test cases and scenarios.
* Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and ensure defects are logged
- Understanding of UAT best practices, test data management, and end-user validation processes.
Job Responsibilities

* Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices in automation.
* Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines by integrating automation tests
