Job Details

Job Description

  • Addressing technical and functional issues raised by Partners, Account Executives, and other support teams.
  • Engage with partners, service providers, and other support teams to facilitate the resolution of incidents and seek any help required.
  • Independently handling business/tech queries on Authorization, Clearing & Settlement, Disputes, Dynamic Key Exchange & Networking interfaces by accessing various databases, knowledge articles & tools like Splunk, etc.
  • Work closely with the 'Products' team to understand new services and features, providing valuable feedback. (e.g. DPAS, ProtectBuy (3D Secure)).
  • Integrate with other ICS teams to support automation, report generation, and ad-hock batch monitoring activities.
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring auditing and process compliance reporting are conducted effectively.
  • Automation activities (MS Power Automate, Xls & python).

Skills Required

  • In-depth understanding of Cards functionality like Auth Transaction Flow, Clearing, Settlement, Dispute, Chargeback life cycle, Pre-Auth, etc as well as ISO8583 standards.
  • Understanding of card fraud processing.
  • Good experience in working with production support teams and using the tools effectively.
  • Strong Experience in Client management activities.
  • Good knowledge of writing SQL Queries and UNIX Commands.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Should have good expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and the basics of Data Visualization.
